Something Beautiful
Dawn
Silence and darkness
Gently yield
To the light
Of a rose colored sky.
Trees leaves birds
Acknowlege the winter
Sun










Breath Mediation
Days of writing on the computer
Welcome a 
Breathing moment.
Head out and forward
Settles back
Into wholeness. 
My breathing body
Remembers
And welcomes nourishment.
