A Dancer In the Rain

Three Deep Breaths

Something Beautiful
A dancer in the rain
Open to the 
Downpour of rain.
Tiny rivers streaming
on soft and shiny metal.
Inside,
I am greeting with
The warm hug
of a loved one.












Breath Mediation
Breath travels down
Like an inner river
Through the bone marrow
Down my legs

To my toes.
In the still point
I arrive deep within.
Blood cells flow like an abundant 
Stream
moved by each  
Inhale and exhale.
Each breath takes me 
Into a state of deep nourishment.
Somehow knowing 
And balancing
My being.

Something Beautiful
Dawn
Silence and darkness
Gently yield
To the light
Of a rose colored sky.
Trees leaves birds
Acknowlege the winter
Sun










Breath Mediation
Days of writing on the computer
Welcome a 
Breathing moment.
Head out and forward
Settles back
Into wholeness. 
My breathing body
Remembers
And welcomes nourishment.
